Accounts may not be opened on behalf of or for use by any third party. Users are prohibited from transferring their Account, access credentials, or funds to any other individual under any circumstances.
To register an Account on TrustDice, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Users are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout the duration of their Account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. TrustDice recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted through a User's Account is the responsibility of the Account holder. TrustDice will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to a User's failure to secure their credentials.
In the event of suspected unauthorised access or a security breach, Users must notify TrustDice immediately via the designated support channels. TrustDice may suspend an Account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, TrustDice will require KYC documentation to verify the User's identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.
The Platform is provided for personal, recreational gambling entertainment purposes only. Users are permitted to access TrustDice's Services for their own personal use and enjoyment, subject to compliance with these Terms.

TrustDice supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq cash vouchers, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC), and Ethereum (ETH). All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) carry a minimum of MYR 30. FPX bank transfers carry a minimum of MYR 50. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of approximately MYR 100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are disclosed at the point of transaction and may vary based on Account verification status and VIP tier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to processing. Once verified, withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off will be reviewed and approved within the same business day. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. TrustDice does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, third-party network fees may apply to cryptocurrency withdrawals.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits in the User's Account, unless TrustDice's compliance team provides written approval of an alternative method. This policy exists to protect Users against fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. TrustDice reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above MYR 10,000 or where suspicious activity is suspected.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) where the payment method supports it. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. TrustDice is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of conversion.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by TrustDice are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these General Terms. Users are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before claiming it. TrustDice will make every reasonable effort to present bonus terms clearly and in plain English prior to the point of claim.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn. For example, a MYR 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires MYR 2,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached. Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100% toward the requirement; table games such as baccarat and roulette typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets typically contribute 100%. While a bonus is active in a User's account, a maximum single bet limit applies. This limit is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per bet, as specified in each promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in each promotion's terms. Any uncleared bonus and associated bonus-derived winnings are removed from the User's account upon expiry. TrustDice will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
TrustDice employs systems to detect patterns consistent with systematic bonus exploitation, including coordinated play across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies designed to eliminate risk while meeting rollover requirements, and any other conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of promotional terms. TrustDice reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
TrustDice reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where the Platform suspects error, technical fault, fraudulent activity, or where the bet falls outside published market limits. Bets confirmed and accepted by the Platform are binding on both parties. Any bets placed during a technical error or where incorrect odds were displayed may be voided at TrustDice's discretion.
TrustDice offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on a range of domestic and international sports, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC/MMA, NBA, and other major competitions. Market availability, betting limits, and specific rules for each sport are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix Parlay accumulators are supported subject to the combination limits displayed at time of placement.
Each casino game on TrustDice operates under its own published game rules, provided by the respective game provider. TrustDice presents these rules within the game interface. In the event of a dispute between a casino game result and player expectation, the game server log and provider records shall be considered the definitive record.
In the event of a system malfunction affecting game outcomes, TrustDice reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. No claims for loss of expected winnings will be entertained in relation to a proven technical malfunction.

Upon closure for cause, TrustDice may withhold any balances pending investigation and, in proven cases of fraud, may forfeit all balances without recourse.
Users may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting TrustDice's support team. Upon closure by a User in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned via the User's last used withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
Upon termination for any reason, the User's access to the Platform will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution) shall remain in full effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustDice holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through TrustDice's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
